Just in case…

I love Halloween.  It’s the weirdest holiday on the calendar and it makes no sense that we go so far out of our way to try to scare ourselves and the neighbor’s children once a year, but that’s exactly what I like about it.

This year, I was particularly amazed by the efforts of one household in particular.  I don’t know if this was the “best” yard in Salt Lake, but it was the best on my route to work.  And that’s all I care about.  It is possible that this person has too much time on their hands, but I’m so glad they do because it is delightful.  I just wonder if they are going to store their creation for next year, or if they will come up with a whole new theme.  I guess I’ll see next year.
